Camera recording system <Ancillary equipment and safety instrumentation>

Long-duration and stable recording is possible with dedicated equipment! It reliably records and saves the necessary footage.

This system is a camera server with a built-in large-capacity HDD that can record and store video from up to 16 cameras. Compared to recording on a personal computer, which may have unreliable operation due to errors or OS updates, this dedicated device allows for long-term and stable recording. The storage period for camera footage is approximately two weeks, and footage that exceeds this period will be overwritten starting from the oldest data. 【Features】 <Clear Video Display> ■ The footage from cameras installed at various locations on-site can be displayed and operated on a single split screen. ■ The screen layout (number of splits/camera arrangement) can be freely changed at any time. ■ It is easy to switch between real-time video display and recorded video display using on-screen controls. ■ By connecting to the camera server via LAN, similar video displays can be accessed remotely. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Network camera recording system using PLC

Check the situation during an abnormal occurrence via video and analyze it with high precision.

This system not only reduces the labor required for on-site dispatch but also allows for high-precision analysis by enabling the verification of not just numerical data but also video footage of the on-site situation during abnormal occurrences and post-event analysis. 【Main Benefits】 - Reduction of labor for on-site dispatch - Instant situation confirmation through video - Utilization of recorded data (e.g., traceability) * Long-term storage is possible using NAS - Recording is possible with any device capable of I/O output, not just PLCs

[Use Case] Drive Recorder in Production Sites - Medical Device Manufacturing

Introducing a case study on medical device manufacturing! A high-speed motion recorder that visualizes on-site challenges.

We would like to introduce a case study of the medical device manufacturing application of the drive recorder 'RekamoMA', which employs high-speed cameras in the production site. In this line, issues such as "missing parts pickup" and "transportation jams" were problematic. Additionally, although there are three separate lines, it was necessary to record and monitor the status with a single system. Furthermore, there was a time lag between the occurrence of an anomaly and the transmission of the anomaly signal, making it difficult to use the anomaly signal directly as a recording start trigger. 【Case Study】 ■Industry: Medical Device Manufacturing ■Problems: - It is necessary to record the operations of three separate lines with one system. - There is a time lag from the occurrence of an anomaly to the transmission of the anomaly signal, preventing it from being used as a recording trigger. ■Proposal: - We proposed the RekamoMA Multi, which supports multiple cameras (3 units). - It allows for asynchronous recording of the three separate locations. - We were able to address the time lag of the anomaly signal with a function that compensates for the delay in recording (offset function). *For more details, please contact us via the inquiry form below or click on the link for 'RekamoMA' below.
